International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Please contact Walkfragrances LLC to request a return within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return so we can provide return instructions.
Opened perfumes: For returns because you do not like the fragrance or have changed your mind, opened perfumes are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the returned item's purchase price.
Return shipping: The buyer pays return shipping when returning an item because they do not like it or have changed their mind.
If your item arrives damaged during transit, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Walkfragrances LLC pays the return shipping for items damaged during transit. The change-of-mind restocking fee does not apply to these damage returns.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Any applicable 20% restocking fee for an opened perfume will be deducted from the refund. We will notify you when your refund has been processed.
